SafeBond AI ("we", "our", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
Data we collect
We collect data you provide when signing up (name, email), usage data (pages visited, features used), and communication metadata processed by your deployed agents (message counts, threat classifications). We do not store the content of personal messages or calls.
How we use your data
We use collected data to operate and improve the SafeBond platform, send product and security updates, and generate anonymised threat intelligence to train our models. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Data retention
Account data is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days. You may request deletion at any time by emailing privacy@safebondai.com.
Third-party services
We use PostHog for product analytics, Neon for database hosting, and Vercel for deployment. Each provider operates under their own privacy policy and processes data only as needed to deliver the service.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise any right, contact privacy@safebondai.com. We will respond within 30 days.
