You must not use SafeBond to violate any law, infringe any third-party rights, transmit malware, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms without notice.
Intellectual property
All content, trademarks, and technology on the SafeBond platform are owned by SafeBond AI or its licensors. You retain ownership of any data you bring into the platform.
Disclaimers
SafeBond AI is provided "as is". We make no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will detect every threat. Security tooling is one layer of defence and should not be the only layer.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SafeBond AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email or in-product notice at least 14 days before material changes take effect.
